This User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the POINT-EXCHANGE exchange service (hereinafter the “Service”) and the user (hereinafter the “User”).

By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please discontinue using the website.

2. User Requirements

To use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.
• You are not a resident of countries under international sanctions or countries where cryptocurrency use is prohibited by law.

3. Description of Services

The Service provides digital asset (cryptocurrency) exchange services to fiat currencies and vice versa. The Service is not a bank, financial advisor, or investment broker.

All transactions are final and irreversible once funds have been sent to the User-specified accounts.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting requests.
• Specify correct wallet and bank account details. The Service is not responsible for loss of funds sent to an incorrect address.
• Not use the Service for illegal activities (money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud).

The Service has the right to:

• Suspend a transaction to perform AML/KYC checks.
• Adjust exchange rates depending on market conditions until the transaction is confirmed.
• Refuse service without explanation if the User’s actions violate this Agreement.

5. Risk Warning

The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency transactions carry a high level of risk. Asset values can fluctuate significantly over a short period. The User is fully responsible for their financial decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Blockchain network failures (transaction delays, high network fees).
• Technical issues on the User’s bank or payment system side.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, legislative changes, military actions).
• Loss of access by the User to their devices or wallets.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, logos, design, code) is the property of POINT-EXCHANGE and protected by copyright law. Copying materials without written permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
